Due to ongoing icy road conditions and no expected improvement until Wednesday, The Oaks Medspa will be closed Tuesday, January 27th to keep our clients and team safe.

Due to hazardous road conditions and to help keep our staff and patients safe, FHCSO has adjusted hours for the next few days:

Monday, January 26th:
All FHCSO locations will close at 3:00 PM today.

Tuesday, January 27th:
Appointments will be available via telehealth ONLY for all FHCSO locations.

Wednesday, January 28th:

With winter weather expected, we want to do our part to keep our staff and community safe while still being available for care.

🌟 Provider Spotlight: Meet Tasha Cummins, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-C 🌟

We’re proud to spotlight Tasha Cummins, a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, now available full time in Tishomingo for psychiatric medication management.

Tasha offers comprehensive mental health care, including participation in our MARS program and GeneSight® Psychotropic testing, which helps personalize treatment by analyzing how your genes may affect medications commonly used for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. This means more informed decisions and a better path forward.

Born and raised in Durant, Tasha’s nursing career began in 2009 as an LPN and grew through years of hands-on experience, including work in the Emergency Room. She earned her RN at Murray State College, her BSN from Oklahoma City University, and her MSN from Purdue University Global. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Most importantly, Tasha is passionate about caring for people and supporting patients and families through every step of their mental health journey. When she’s not in clinic, she enjoys spending time with her children and family.

We would like to give a big welcome to our newest Kingston Primary Care Team Member, Toni McLemore, DNP, APRN-CNP 🎉

Toni McLemore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients of all ages at FHCSO’s Kingston location. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Oklahoma and also holds a Master’s degree in Sport Studies with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Murray State College.

Toni provides full-spectrum primary care and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, guideline-driven care with a strong focus on lifestyle medicine. She believes sustainable nutrition and movement are powerful tools in disease prevention, chronic condition management, and improving overall quality of life. Toni partners closely with her patients to set realistic goals, identify health risks early, and create individualized plans that support long-term wellness alongside appropriate medical treatment.

Before entering advanced practice, Toni spent 16 years as a labor, delivery, and nursery nurse, followed by 13 years as a district school nurse and health science education instructor. Her diverse clinical and educational background allows her to bring a thoughtful, compassionate, whole-person approach to patient care.

Our Blood Institute has issued a blood emergency alert: our region has less than a one-day supply of blood available. After the holidays, donations are critically low, and lives truly depend on people stepping up now.

To help meet this urgent need, FHCSO is hosting a Blood Drive:
