We had a magical and spiritual time between our hikes, the wolf sanctuary, the food, views, mini adventures, and class.

We are currently congested - as our sinuses are very confused how we lost 70 degrees in 4 hours time.

Very happy to be home with my kids and back to work with some new techniques!

I have just finished my 2nd Myofascial Release course.

What is Myofascial release?
A specific approach to release tension in the bodies facial (connecting tissue) - you know - all the stuff that coats your joints, vessels, and arteries ect.

What is the difference between rolfing and Myofascial?
Rolfing traditionally targets the body as a whole as myofascial targets specific areas. HOWEVER - the class I have focused with TARGETS one section at a time with the FOCUS being the entire body as a whole.

I may be adjusting my pricing and appointment times in the future to accommodate all my learning so please stay tuned.

I look forward to being back in office with you all - now hopefully I can get home before midnight tomorrow 🤣❤️

This space is so comfortable to me. The last week having it all torn apart and even though I had almost all of my things in a different space - it wasn't the same.

This week its back together just the way I like it.

Thank you to all my clients who were affected by the change.

I deeply apologize to anyone who was affected by my forgetfulness, unorganized, and bit chaotic mood.

Under Pressure Massage is just me... only me answering the phone (sometimes Mason will say Hi), just me scheduling/canceling appointments, just me cleaning, decorating, and keeping it cozy, just me doing the work. I LOVE my job because I LOVE the people that allow me to do my job.

Theres ups and downs of course, but just like my children - the rewards of watching, hearing, and seeing you get better, improve your daily life function is beyond heart warming.

In 2 weeks I attend one of my favorite class series to continue to expand my education and skills set.
