I have been a personal trainer most of my adult life. Through open heart surgery, a broken hip, bad knees, Hoshimotos, Hypothyroidism, and multiple surgeries, I’ve felt what it’s like to feel defeated when it comes to health and wellness. There is always a way to bounce back to a better you.

It may not be what you once were and it may not be the same way you are used to training, but your health is something you have to worry about wait for it… ‘Til Death. That’s where my fitness brand comes from. It never stops until your heart does. That’s why making a workout routine isn’t always as easy as looking up a program online or copying what your buddy does. This is where I come in.

Low Impact ≠ Low Effort 🚣‍♂️
30 minutes on the rower, 6,057 meters down Sweat River.

Rowing is one of my favorite forms of cardio. It’s:
✅ Low impact (great for your knees and joints)
✅ Full-body (legs, core, back, and arms all work)
✅ Efficient (burns calories fast)
✅ All levels of fitness can do it

Rowing is perfect for recovery days or days when running isn’t possible. Blame heat, energy, mental state, energy, etc for not running. That doesn’t mean do nothing. Rowing is a great way to build endurance without beating your body up.

Got one in the garage gym or your commercial gym? Put it to work.
