As Activities Professionals Week continues at Titusville Nursing & Rehab, we’re proud to highlight Leigh Lukasiak, who has been leading our Activities Department as Director for 12 years. Leigh brings creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to every interaction with residents.

She enjoys endless opportunities to engage residents and create new adventures, from outings and road trips to sunny days spent outdoors. Leigh also shares a daily joke, which has become a cherished part of residents’ and families’ day.

For Leigh, Titusville holds a special place in her heart, as her father is a resident and she has created many meaningful memories over the years. We are grateful for her leadership, energy, and the joy she brings to our community every day! 💛

⭐ Activities Professionals Week Spotlight: Brianna Cross ⭐

As we kick off Activities Professionals Week at Titusville Nursing & Rehab, we’re proud to highlight Brianna Cross, Activities Assistant. Brianna has been part of the Titusville team for five years and brings energy, positivity, and care to every interaction with residents.

Brianna’s favorite activities include our annual pool party and winter snowball fights, but she also finds joy in spending one-on-one time with residents, chatting, and keeping them company when they aren’t participating in group activities. She loves getting to know each resident’s unique life story and making their day bright and fulfilling.

Brianna feels supported and appreciated by her teammates and cherishes being part of a warm, inviting home where every resident matters. We are grateful for her dedication, compassion, and the happiness she brings to Titusville each day! 💛

Another wonderful visit from our friends at Tree Family Party Piggies! The pigs arrived dressed as Santa and an elf, bringing smiles and laughter to residents and staff alike. Everyone also enjoyed delicious holiday refreshments as part of this festive visit. 🎅🎄
