5/8 vs 3/4 Size Reference 🙌 Now that I am offering 3/4 sizes, let's get into the basic differences between the two sizes I have! ✨

3/4 is a thicker, wider tubing. Sturdy. Slower movements. Better for waist hooping and on body flow where the hoop is spinning or rolling on your body without you needing to hold it with your hands. *Beginner recommended to get used to the movements.

5/8 is a thinner, smaller tubing. More Flexible/bendy. Faster movements. Better for off body tricks and flow where the hoop is controlled by your hands/arms/legs without relying on contact with your body to stay in motion. *Intermediate to Advanced recomended.

*Skill level recomendations are just in general. Both sizes ultimately work for all levels depending on your flow style and preference!
