Green, and my mission is to help as many people as I can with naturopathic medicine. My experience with alternative medicine started with a diagnosis of cervical dysplasia, in 2006. I was told this prognosis could lead to cancer if not treated, so I took my aeronautical engineering background and dove deep into research to discover what feeds cancer. I was able to reverse my diagnosis, and in doing so, I really understood that our bodies are designed to be self-healing, if given the right environment! In 2018, I left my corporate career at NASA and accepted my calling to help others get healthy from the inside out. I have obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Medicine (Ph.D) which has given me the tools to restore your health and wellness. I am a doctor of Natural Medicine that works with you to help you meet your healthcare goals. Something is shifting… and I can feel it. 💚

This past Women’s History Month, I witnessed something powerful
Not just conversations…
Not just information…
✨ Transformation.

Women showed up.
Walls came down.
Truth was spoken.
And healing… actually began.

🌿 Late morning check-in for the ladies…

Real question:

How many of you are already thinking about when you can sit down again… and it’s not even lunchtime yet?

You slept.
You had coffee.
You’re taking your vitamins.

…but your energy still feels… low.

By mid-afternoon you’ll probably:

Happy Friday night 💛

I want you to think about this…

What if your body isn’t broken?

What if it’s actually… working overtime to keep you alive?

Most of what we’ve been taught is that symptoms are the enemy.
Headaches? Stop them.
High blood pressure? Suppress it.
Inflammation? Block it.
Fever? Bring it down immediately.

But the body is not stupid.
The body is intelligent.

High blood pressure can be the body pushing nutrients to starved cells.
High cholesterol can be the body repairing damaged blood vessels.
Inflammation is the body protecting and rebuilding injured tissue.
Fever is the body killing infection.
Allergies and histamine issues often mean the detox pathways are overwhelmed.
Even fatigue can be the body conserving energy because something deeper needs attention.

Your body isn’t attacking you…

It’s talking to you.

Symptoms are not punishments.
They are messages.

And when we only silence the symptom but never address the cause, the body has no choice but to speak louder.

So tonight, instead of frustration toward your body, try a different posture:

Gratitude.

Because the truth is > your body has been fighting for you this entire time, even when you didn’t understand what it was doing.

Be honest…

Are you:
