You know what time it is… Friday Flow is here!
Ram Dass once said, “If you think you’re enlightened, spend a week with your family.”
So today, we’re talking about the breath.
This week’s practice is Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) — a simple, grounding technique that helps bring you back to a peaceful state when stress kicks in.
PS: You can practice it anytime, stressed or not. Even a few breaths can make a big difference. 🌿
