Good afternoon everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.
I’d like to share an important experience that happened yesterday, Sunday, September 21, 2025, around noon. While at church, one of our members became unconscious due to her ongoing health conditions.
What stood out to me most was how the church leaders responded. They handled the emergency like a well-oiled machine—no panic, no chaos, just calm, discreet, and trained individuals who knew what to do. With their knowledge of First Aid and CPR, they were able to stabilize the situation until EMS arrived.
I felt extremely proud because just a month ago we held a training session with them. Yesterday, under real pressure, they put those skills into action with confidence and care. I’m not sharing this to take credit, but to highlight the power of being prepared. They made the choice to get trained, and it paid off when it mattered most.
Emergencies can happen at any time. The real question is: are you prepared for when it happens?
