Barbara Souve my inspiration because she has dedicated her lifestyle with utilizing working out to lose 23 lbs. and 43 inches in 4 months. Ernest Evers is my Rockstar!! He hit his 50lb Milestone during his Maintenance which he has been in since September. His wife Ruby, faithfully came every week with him to weigh in.
