Get these hands while you can; 🤷🏽‍♀️ because I'm not sure if I'll ever reopen. Business Ownership is no easy task and I've always been up for the challenge but year after year; I'm coming out of pocket to massage ya'll. It's no longer making sense & I'm tired. Almost 10years in and I'm still not flourishing the way I need for minimal costs. Plus everything keeps rising.

I wish everyone the best and hopefully you'll find treatment from another great therapist in the area. (Do you own research).

They just don't know how hard this s**t really is - ya'll expect immediate & perfection. Cuz let one of their products come out sloppy, ya'll would be talking about that too.

Small business owners are your neighbors, their kids are your grocery store workers, those who actively participate in the community and yet we get the most sure fire hell.

I'm thankful I'm putting Jae's Therapeutic Massage & Spa down bc my health comes first and trying to figure out the ways to make it is taking to much of a toll in me.

This post is to address some of the concerns or complaints we have recently received. We greatly appreciate our customers, especially our return customers, but please keep in mind that 1) we are a small business 2) we are a food trailer business, not a national chain or have a commercial kitchen inside our food trailer 3) only 1-2 staff can fit inside trailer. There has been many times that we have been slammed with 15+ tickets within a 10-15 minute span, with these tickets having anywhere between 3-10 items per ticket. Note, we do inform our customers of an approximate wait time before placing order. The products that we serve are not just at a push of a button, we don't just pull a lever on the ice cream machine and serve it instantly, from freshly roasted marshmallows on our ice creams, to our loaded caramelized banana split made to order, to our loaded artisan sundaes with gourmet toppings. These items take time and skilled labor to create. We refuse to put out an inferior product just because we are backed up on orders. We are not just serving ice cream, we are providing a completely different experience. With this said, please keep this in mind, and once again we really do appreciate all of the support we have received for our small business.
