How do I help others?
Most people come to me when they have run out of options and still do not feel well. They have been to doctors, tried supplements, changed their diet, and followed every recommendation, yet something inside still feels off. Their bodies ache, their energy is unpredictable, and their symptoms never seem to match what the test results say.

What I often find is that the body has been speaking all along, but no one has known how to listen. Each symptom is a signal, each sensation a message from the cells asking for attention. My role is to help translate that language so you can finally understand what your body is trying to tell you.

Through intuitive insight and cellular nutrition, we uncover where communication has broken down inside your system. We look at the energetic patterns, emotional stress, and nutritional imbalances that have kept your cells from functioning the way they are designed to. Together we create a plan that nourishes both the physical and the energetic aspects of your health.

When the body feels seen and supported, it begins to trust again. Energy returns, inflammation settles, and balance starts to reappear. Healing is not something that happens to you; it is something that happens through you once the body’s natural intelligence is restored. My work is simply to help you reconnect with that wisdom so your body can remember how to heal.

Updates
We are open on Fridays from 11am-4pm for anyone needing products. (Liz will be serving you but anyone that wants information on products should contact me at number provided. Our services will be provided again starting Dec 15th, but I will be able to do google meet consults only. You can access these by contacting me at 774-264-9600. I will be able to schedule a meeting for you. Currently our website is getting an entire new look and we are moving into a new direction with bookings very soon. Due to this we do not have the entire list of services and updates on this website. I am excited to be able to share my new platform and services soon.

For the month of December please call number above for appointments: Kinesiology (muscle testing), Ionic Foot Detox, PEMF, HOCATT or Chromotherapy appointments are filling quickly.

Kundalini yoga, is often called the yoga of awareness. Unlike traditional yoga where poses are the mainstay of practice, Kundalini instead focuses on pranayama, chanting, mudras, meditation and Kriyas to release the "kundalini" energy from the base of the spine through the top of the head. There is a spiritual component as well.
Nancy Molignano a mother to a fabulous daughter. She has worked in childcare for over 30 years. In Nancy's early 40’s she felt a restlessness and dissatisfaction in her life and in the choices she was making. She started reading books that helped inspire and shift her perspective outlook on life. She came across one that mentioned the ancient practice of Kundalini yoga. Peaking her curiosity she started practicing over 11 years ago. Three years ago, took the teachers training and became certified at the Guru Ram Das Ashram.
