What’s new with Sakonnet Therapeutic Massage, Inc. ? While I offer burn scar/traumatic scar release sessions, I just finished an internship to be listed as a provider through The Massage and Burn Scar Therapy Program in MA.
Next up is to do the same within RI so I can provide care locally through foundations that support burn survivors.
As always, I will continue to learn and grow to provide my clients with the most valuable and professional care.

I spent 16 hours of this weekend learning a new modality to help my clients feel their best. While I still have a ways to go for my certification, I can incorporate some helpful techniques into my current sessions. Once I am fully certified as a MAT provider (myoskeletal alignment technique), it will be used in current sessions and as a standalone session. Stay tuned! Interesting stuff!!
