We had a great turnout today for the How to use AMBOSS event put on by Dr. Max and Dr. Jackson. It was great to see the M1s on their first day of official classes and enjoy Sidon courtesy of AMBOSS!

Last night we welcomed the M1s to Toledo with the Stubborn Brother welcome event!! Thank you to OSA and those who came to greet the M1s and wish them well on their journey through medical school. MSC wishes all M1s a great orientation week and are excited for another great academic year!

Everyone here at MSC hopes you are having a wonderful summer!

We just wanted to point out that for rising M2s summer is now officially more than halfway over. If you have things left on your summer bucket list such as trips, volunteering, concerts, or even dreaded studying, now is the time to get them done!

We can’t wait to see you all back in July and happy rest of summer!

Growing up in South Toledo, Nate remembers his childhood running around the campus of UTCOM in its previous identity as the Medical College of Ohio. He comes from a self-proclaimed “big UT family” and attended campus events often. He participated in the band and musicals, playing multiple instruments, and partook in the theater. Nate’s deep love for Toledo brought him back to the city after an amazing journey with the United States Marine Corp, and he continues to give back to his community as a medical student and future physician….check out the upcoming MSC newsletter for more about Nate!
