QUARTERLY PROVIDER FEATURE | C & J TENDER HEART

At Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities, we know that strong partnerships with our local providers help make inclusion, independence, and quality of life possible for the individuals we serve.

This quarter, we’re proud to highlight C&J Tender Heart Residential Services, nominated for their dedication to providing compassionate, consistent, and person-centered supports.

Their team creates a true family atmosphere, helping individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered in their daily lives. From residential supports to adult day services, their staff are known for being kind, professional, and deeply committed to the people they serve.

We also want to recognize their recent RN Quality Assurance review for medication administration, where they received a “No Improvement Plan Needed” result - an outstanding achievement!

Thank you, C&J Tender Heart, for the difference you make in our community and for helping individuals with developmental disabilities live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
