Today we had a man name Steve walk-in with Tremors from alcohol withdrawal. He couldn’t even hold his cup of water because he was shaking that bad! 😔 We treated him with 500ml of fluids, B12 & Magnesium and when he was done with his IV infusion, he felt so much better and had little to no shaking. 💪🏾🥹🙌🏾 Man that made me feel good knowing we were able to help him. ❤️‍🩹

For those who don’t know what tremors is:

Tremors are involuntary, rhythmic shaking movements that usually affect the hands, arms, head, legs, or voice. They can occur at rest, during movement, or when holding a position. Tremors can be caused by a variety of factors, including alcohol withdrawal, neurological disorders like Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, or multiple sclerosis, as well as certain medications, stress, fatigue, or excessive caffeine consumption. The severity and frequency of tremors can vary widely from person to person.
