During our time together, we will use various levels of hypnosis and explore ways to strengthen our visualization skills, dive into the inner workings of our subconscious, learn how to improve communication with our minds, bodies & souls, "time travel," & receive answers & guidance from our higher selves.

Journaling materials, blankets, meditation cushions, and yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring your water & your curious open mind!

Feel free to bring anything else that keeps you comfy: blankets, pillows, squishmallows, an extra mat for more padding if you choose to lie down... etc.

You must register in advance to attend, as spaces are limited and go fast! This event is for our friends 18 years and older.
