Normally we flow on our mats, but today we’re bringing chairs into the practice. Using a chair can add support, help with balance, and even deepen certain stretches.

It’s always fun to explore yoga in a different way and keep the practice fresh.

We are celebrating the beautiful soul that is Rita today! She is such an incredible Reiki facilitator here at Pura Vida Wellness Studio, holding space with so much compassion, intuition, and heart.

Not only does she share her healing gifts so generously, but she’s also currently diving deep into her Yoga Teacher Training journey expanding her wisdom, devotion, and magic even more. 🌿🧘‍♀️

Thank you to WTOL 11 for coming out this morning to cover our Yoga with Cats event! It was such a beautiful, joy-filled experience practicing yoga surrounded by adoptable kitties

I’m reposting their news snippet from this morning and the full interview will air tonight on WTOL at 6 PM, 10 PM, or 11 PM, so be sure to tune in!

So grateful for this community, for everyone who showed up, and for the chance to support these sweet cats in finding loving homes 🐾
