A patient's family wrote, “My husband had an outpatient prostate procedure recently, and his recovery didn’t go quite as expected. He was uncomfortable and not feeling well the next day, and Nurse Jen immediately noticed something wasn’t right. She notified the charge nurse, and thanks to their quick teamwork, the doctors were able to step in and take care of the issue right away. Jen continued to check on him in the SICU and once he returned to the floor. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine compassion made such a difference during a stressful time for our family.
