Park Terrace Rehabilitation Center is a 99-bed skilled-nursing and ventilator care facility serving the greater Toledo area. Our specialties include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and our newly enhanced ventilator and pulmonary program, along with in-house dialysis—all under one roof. Our facility offers a wide range of amenities, including WiFi, TV, housekeeping and laundry services,

vibrant activities, social services, and on-site visits from various medical professionals. At Park Terrace, our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive community for every resident.

Therapy Candidate of the Month: Sharon 💚

Hard work pays off and Sharon is living proof. 💪

When Sharon first arrived at Old Orchard, she was dependent for all tasks. Through dedication, determination, and the incredible support of her therapy team, Sharon can now stand for 30 seconds, is transferring with less assistance, and is improving her ability to complete daily activities on her own.

Sharon gives all the credit to her therapists, Tabatha Moll (right) and Deanna Price (left), for keeping her motivated and pushing her to get stronger every single day.

Every milestone matters, and we couldn't be prouder of Sharon's progress.

This month we are celebrating the incredible people who make a difference every single day, and today we're shining the spotlight on one of our own, 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗢𝗧𝗔!

With 𝟮𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Deanna has dedicated her career to helping individuals regain their independence, rebuild their confidence, and improve their quality of life after injury, illness, or disability.
