Park Terrace Rehabilitation Center is a 99-bed skilled-nursing and ventilator care facility serving the greater Toledo area. Our specialties include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and our newly enhanced ventilator and pulmonary program, along with in-house dialysis—all under one roof. Our facility offers a wide range of amenities, including WiFi, TV, housekeeping and laundry services, vibrant activities, social services, and on-site visits from various medical professionals. At Park Terrace, our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive community for every resident.

CELEBRATING ANOTHER AMAZING THERAPY SUCCESS STORY!

When Paul began his rehabilitation journey, he was dependent and needed significant assistance. Today, he's walking over 200 feet with his walker and has gained remarkable independence!

Paul is also requiring less support with daily activities and has shown incredible improvement in his speech clarity, allowing him to better communicate his needs and wants.

Paul's determination and progress inspire us every single day!
