JR’s Microgreens will be at the Celebrate Downtown Mattoon market on Wednesday, July 30 from 3:00 until 6:00 PM (or until sold out) with the following microgreen varieties:

Arugula, Alfalfa, Beets, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Cilantro, Rambo Radish, Spicy Salad Mix and Sunflower.

Growing with Greenup farmers market is happening now (from 8 until noon) on the front lawn of the Municipal Building. Come see JR’s Microgreens and all the other fabulous vendors out here today!!!

Who is ready for some tasty, nutritious, and naturally grown microgreens (no pesticides, no chemicals, organic seed)??? We have freshly harvested Rambo Radish, Broccoli and Salad Mix. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in learning more about these nutrient dense microgreens. If you are not sure how to use them, they can be added to shakes, sauces, sprinkled over eggs, pizza, omlets, or just eaten straight out of the clamshell.

We are harvesting microgreens today. Fresh Alfalfa, Broccoli, Red Acre Cabbage, and Rambo Radish!!! We will be headed to Debuhr's Farmer's Market from 3 until 6 this afternoon. If you are in the area, stop by and see us!!!
