We had a great time at Faith4life Church.

Together we put on a Scavanger Hunt and hunted for eggs! We also had a bounce houses, minute to win it games, snacks and hot cocoa! We had such a blast and the kids enjoy searching for all of their treats. We even had some time to throw the ball around with Pastor Frank. Huge thank you to Morgan for helping with all of this!

Dr. Smallwood has been the Medical Director at Divine White Oak for the last 18 months. He serves as the P*P for the residents of our building. He brings over 30 years of experience as an Internal Medicine Physician. He is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He focuses on comprehensive primary care, managing complex medical conditions and helping patients maintain their overall health and wellness. His extensive experience allows him to provide thorough evaluations and coordinate care for a wide range of health concerns affecting adults.

We are so fortunate to have such an experienced, caring physician as part of our team!
