Let's change the narrative from "man up" to "speak up." Men's mental health is equally as important as their physical health. This we want to make sure men know that their feelings are valid and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. The more we become open and discuss our mental health, the less stigma there is surrounding seeking help.

Huge news at The Willow Center: We have a pediatric mental health prescriber starting April 1st! So many docs are afraid to prescribe meds for kids and teens because of lack of clinical experience.
