Traveling Zen is going out on the road our first appearance will be at the Oregon library for three sessions pre-registration is required the classes will be held on Saturdays in September register August 1st for the class on September 9th register August 14th for the class on September 16th register August 26th for the class on September 23rd. These are free classes but pre-registration is required go on the library's website or perhaps you can call the Library classes are from 10:30 to noon each session hope to see you all there

As our last hurrah Zen in the District will be open through Saturday August 26th there will be classes held every week on a limited schedule so please check our website calendar for days. If anyone has any unused punches on their cards now is the time to use them up. For everyone else I am offering an unlimited pass for $30 so come on in I'd love to see everyone we're going to have a heck of a good time our final Saturday will be a Zen party so please make sure you attend the 8:30 am class on that day.

Hi friends of Zen, The July calendar is posted on www.zeninthedistrict.com. It's the usual calendar EXCEPT no noon class on Monday. We still have noon class Wed., Thurs., and Friday. And some Mondays will be outside on the courthouse lawn because that is so much fun.

It is with some sadness and some excitement that we announce that Zen will be closing in its current incarnation as of August 31, 2017. It's time.

Outdoor yoga tonite on the Courthouse lawn! 5:30 pm. This is a free class. The picture is JUST to remind you how fun it is to do yoga outside. Meet at Zen and we'll lock up your valuables and head across the street.

To all the friends of Zen,
I am sending out this group message to reach everyone at the same time, as much as possible. It is with a heavy heart that I am closing Zen in the District in its current location at the end of August, 2017. ..............................................................................................
We will be keeping the current schedule through the end of July and I will be teaching through the last week of August on a limited schedule. It has been a tremendous run and I am excited for the future and grateful to each and every one of you for gracing our doors and bringing your loving energy and light. Look at zeninthedistrict.com for the July and August schedules and other details. Use up those cards!

The partners Workshop originally scheduled for Saturday June 10th has been postponed. Mike zerner will hold his regular 9:30 a.m. class instead see you tomorrow

We know Canton Street is closed to parking however we have found plenty of free parking lunch time, evenings and weekends on 10th Street, one block west of the studio, off Jackson Street. For evening classes and weekends we also have plenty of parking available at our lot on the corner of Canton and state streets 1 block North of the studio so no need to give up your weekly practice will see everyone tomorrow morning at 8 or 9:30 a.m.
