Talbot Health Services located is now accepting new clients for Addiction Treatment and Mental Health Services. Walk-ins are welcome and we offer telehealth options for our clients.

We offer Psychiatry, Mental Health and Addiction treatment services and are located at 732 Main St, Toledo and 3100 Central Ave #155 Toledo. We can also be reached on 1833-762-1013

We are proud to announce that we have received our CARF Accreditation! Last August we went through Ohio MHAS, to become State Certified, and in October we went for our National Accreditation. We thank everyone who helped us in this process, including our awesome patients and staff 😊
