25 year anniversary Spotlight Post! For the next two weeks we will be working with Cherry Street Mission .
Cherry Street Mission is a Christ Centered organization serving the homeless community since 1947. Following the example of Jesus, they act with compassion meeting the needs of each person; providing meals, shelter and assistance in navigating individual physical, mental and spiritual barriers. Their goal is to eradicate the poverties of body, mind and soul.
Back to Basics will be volunteering at the Life Revitalization Center to serve meals to their guests as well as fundraising in the office to help assist their ministry financially.
A few of us have already began serving meals and it's an easy an uplifting way to support this ministry. Please check out their website to see how you can get involved!
