While the atmosphere is relaxing, the bodywork is clinical and therapeutic based. My practice is centered around relieving chronic pain, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of body mechanics and creating treatment plans based on individual needs. All of my clients receive a thorough assessment and a progressive treatment plan to maintain positive effects long after your massage appointment. My goal is to teach you how to self-treat and self-identify the causes of many common muscular ailments.
