Rachel Daley, LISW

Rachel Daley, LISW Clinical social worker, AuDHD, advocate, truth teller and listener to those who are willing to critically think alongside me.

I’ll share resources I think are important and analysis of what’s up in the neurodivergent community and our federal government. I believe in meeting a person where they are at, with the understanding that everybody has had a different life experience. I take a nonjudgmental stance and encourage those I work with to find humor and light, while also validating the hardships they've endured. My goal is to give people I work with support and tools to help them overcome their life challenges and emotionally heal. I received my MSW from UCONN and am an LISW in Ohio. I work with individuals on behavior change, assisting them in exploring unhelpful patterns and giving them tools to help create new, healthier patterns. I help adults with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, grief and loss and other life stressors. Life is hard, and you are not alone. I offer an empathetic ear and strategies to help you make positive changes in your life. You can find me on Psychology Today (in website link) or via the SonderMind platform for telehealth services.
