Our staff work closely together to provide patient centered health services and to deliver support and knowledge to our patients and their families.
There are 4 simple steps to starting your new job in no time:
Step 1 bring these listed qualifications to our office:
1. Driver’s License or State I.D.
2. Birth certificate or Social Security Card
3. 1-step or 2-step TB Test results (Must be completed within 1 year of application)
4. CPR (No online CPR will be accepted)
5. Physical (Must be completed within 1 year of application)
6. License or Certificate (Proof of your title, STNA, CNA, HHA)
Step 2 fill out our application
Step 3 attend orientation
Step 4 pick out a shift(s) that fit your schedule and start working!!!
