Allergy Season is starting!

1. Start taking your allergy meds now, and take them every day. Allergy medicine is nearly useless when taken as needed. Allergies become worse each time they flare, overwhelming medicine’s ability to help. By taking meds every day, you prevent symptoms from starting and worsening.

2. Shampoo your hair every night before bed. Pollen clings to hair like velcro. Thirty seconds outdoors equals a head full of pollen. When you go to bed, you wipe all that pollen onto your pillow and breathe it in all night. A quick shampoo every night, combined with weekly washing of bedding, can cut allergen exposure by 90%

We are excited to share some wonderful news with you. 📣 Franklin Park Pediatrics is pleased to welcome Abigail Buck, CPNP (Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) to our healthcare team!

As a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she is specially trained to diagnose and treat childhood illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and support healthy growth and development from infancy through adolescence.

Abigail will be seeing patients for well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up care, helping us expand appointment availability and continue to provide timely, attentive care for your family. She works closely with our physicians and staff to ensure a seamless, team-based approach to your child’s health.

We are confident that Abigail’s knowledge, warmth, and dedication will make her a wonderful addition to our practice, and we look forward to introducing her to you and your children.
