Whether the source of your pain is your back (including herniated disc problems), neck, sciatica, arthritis, cancer, or other sites, The Center for Comprehensive Pain Management is devoted to providing pain relief. First, we listen to you to better understand your symptoms. Next, in consultation with your current physician, our pain management specialists will review your medical history and provide further diagnostic tests as necessary. We then proceed with a treatment plan individualized to your specific needs. The Center for Comprehensive Pain Management offers the services of several experienced Anesthesiologists, Pain Management Specialists and Therapists. Each bring a unique knowledge of procedural techniques, pharmacology and physiology to provide the interventional pain management program appropriate for each patient. In addition, a Clinical Psychologist and Physical Therapy are available for support as needed.

This type of stimulation is ideal for hard-to-treat pain, like Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) or pain in the foot or knee. Because DRG targets a precise nerve center, it often provides relief even when other therapies haven’t worked.

🧠 PNS (Peripheral Nerve Stimulation) is designed to treat pain by placing the stimulation device directly near a specific peripheral nerve — nerves that branch out from the spinal cord to the rest of the body. PNS is commonly used for pain in the shoulders, back, arms, and legs, or after surgery. This type of pain originates from the body’s musculoskeletal system, including muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and joints. It typically feels like a deep ache, stiffness, throbbing, or soreness. Musculoskeletal pain is commonly caused by arthritis, muscle strains, back or neck injuries, or repetitive use of a specific body part.
