Yoga with Malena

Yoga with Malena Simplifying the practice of yoga for all people, of all levels while still honor the ancient practice. Current Classes:
Mondays 6 p.m. in downtown Toledo ($10).

This community page is indeed to create a space where students can learn about class opportunities but also to share their experiences. Malena roots her practice in the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice and Tristana. The word "asana" in Sanskrit (the ancient language of the practice) has a literal translation to "seat" and is the root word of nearly all yoga postures. My goal is to meet people where they are; in their yoga journey and also physically. I'm proud to "bring the yoga to you" and meet you where you are. in-person class at Maumee Bay Brewing Co. Tuesdays 12 p.m. and Thursdays 6 p.m. live-stream yoga class with ($5 - message me for details). I also teach corporate, in-office yoga sessions. I also oversee the yoga program at The Toledo Club.
