No—but we can absolutely help support optimal fetal positioning.

Dr. Caroline is certified in the Webster Technique, a gentle chiropractic analysis and adjustment focused on balancing the pelvis, muscles, and ligaments during pregnancy. When the pelvis is moving well and tension is reduced, it creates a more ideal environmentfor baby.

Here’s the beautiful part 💫
Babies are smart.
Babies know what’s best.
When they have the space they need, they often move into a head-down position on their own.

If that space is restricted—due to pelvic imbalance, ligament tension, or other stressors—baby may stay breech, sideways, or posterior. Our goal is to help remove those restrictions and support the body doing what it’s designed to do 🤍

Understanding our menstrual cycles is something most women were never really taught, yet it impacts so much of how we feel day to day. This book is a wonderful starting point for learning how hormones affect energy, mood, movement, and overall health.

In our office, we see women every day who are navigating painful periods, irregular cycles, fertility concerns, and hormonal imbalances — and cycle awareness is often a missing piece of the puzzle. Alongside chiropractic care and acupuncture, we love helping women support their bodies more intentionally and in a way that works with their cycle, not against it.
