Length: 90 minutes Cost: $70 The Swedish Massage This 60-minute massage is perfect for anyone who is looking for total relaxation, an excellent choice that will help to reduce stress and bring calm to your inner self. Length: 60 minutes Cost: $50 Hot Stone Massage This 1 hour massage is a mix of hot stones applied over tense areas of the body and massage techniques that combine to create a relaxing heat infused massage. Length: 60 minutes Cost: $60 Deep Tissue This 60-minute massage provides a deeper pressure to muscle groups, helping to work out trigger points and tight painful areas. Length: 60 minutes Cost: $50 Rejuvenation This 45-minute massage will relieve stress and tension by focusing on your shoulders, upper back and neck. Length: 45 minutes Cost: $45 Restoration Massage A quick pick me up, this 30-minute massage will focus on the needs of the back, shoulders, arms, neck and scalp. A great choice for anyone looking to reduce stress and release tension. Length: 30 Minutes Cost: $30 Bull's eye Massage This 15-minute massage is intended to work after chiropractic treatment, targeting specific areas as your provider recommends. Length: 15 minutes Cost: $15 Reflexology Foot Massage This 45 or 30-minute massage focuses on the reflex points on the feet. Essential oils can be added to take this session to a more rejuvenating experience. Length: 45 Minute – Cost $45 Length: 30 Minute – Cost $30 Mission Statement My mission is to provide healing to clients through the power of touch in a variety of ways such as; Swedish massage, deep tissue & Reflexology. Each massage will be tailored to each client’s specific needs based on interviews. Each massage is intended to be relaxing, effective and respectful of the client’s boundaries to ensure repeat business. Benefits of Massage Massage Therapy can help to treat chronic pain, promote healing, increase flexibility, increase circulation, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, headaches and anxiety. It has been proven to improve sleep and produce a sense of well-being. Clients under a Doctor’s care If you are under a doctor’s care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or body work before any session. Therefore, I reserve the right to obtain a letter of recommendation from your medical provider when you have medical conditions that I feel warrants medical clearance. I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and I am unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. Be aware that the following policies are in place to insure respect for everyone’s time. Cancellation Policy If you find you need to cancel your treatment, I request 24 hour notice. This will allow me to accommodate another client. If a client fails to cancel an appointment they will be asked to pre-pay for future services in advance. Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. All appointments will end at their original end time and you will be billed for your original service. No Show Policy Clients who fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services in advance.
