Meet Erica, one of the people who make OhioRISE work: a care
coordinator. She’s part coach, part connector and part problem-solver.

Care coordinators bring families, teachers, doctors and service providers
together to build a plan that fits each child’s needs. Because when
everyone works together, kids do better, and care coordinators support
members and their families to help make that happen.
