My cousin sent me a video of her trying raw eating, and babyyyy I’m still trying to figure out if it was determination or distress on her face 🤣🤣🤣

She was chewing like she was fighting for her life 😭 but one thing about it she TRIED, and that counts for something! 👏🏽😂

Raw eating ain’t always glamorous at first. Sometimes your taste buds gotta be retrained and your mind gotta catch up with your goals.

My doctor, gym trainer, and a few others hadn’t seen me in a while, so when they finally did, they immediately noticed my weight loss and got concerned until I let them know it was intentional 😂💪🏿
I’m officially at my goal weight, and I’ve maintained it consistently for the last month 🎉 That alone feels good. Now I’m shifting my focus to waist training, tightening up, and toning a little more. I already had definition I just want to elevate it.
Let this be your reminder: Stop letting your mind talk you out of what’s best for you. Discipline will take you places excuses never can.
I keep saying it because somebody needs to hear it: STOP PLAYING WITH YOU. STOP DOUBTING YOU. STOP DELAYING YOU. IT’S TIME TO LOCK IN‼️

Not going to lie. This morning the energy was LOW low 😩
No live, no extra talking, no hype just us showing up anyway.
Because this journey ain’t about performing… it’s about discipline.
It’s about doing what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like it.
So we still got up.
Still poured into our bodies.
Still stayed committed to US.
Some days it’s loud.
Some days it’s quiet.
Either way we showing up.
If you tired this morning, just know you don’t have to be perfect just be consistent 💯
