Growing Well, LLC offers individual and couples counseling with a focus on parenthood life transitions in the family. Counseling is one component to caring for the whole person. Whether you're adjusting to adding to your family or deciding not to, having a difficult pregnancy or your birth did not go as planned. Perhaps you had expectations of parenthood [or parenting one more] that aren't turning out as you had hoped. Balancing work and family and an intimate relationship can be overwhelming. These are just a few of the challenges folks may encounter as their family grows and changes, and we are here to help! Together we can work to help you find a new normal, whatever that may be, we can discuss skills you can use to manage anxiety or depression. We can connect you to complementary practitioners if you opt for traditional or natural medicinal approaches, and we will gladly work with your existing providers to get you the best care possibIe.
