CELEBRATING 15 YEARS OF WHOLE HEALTH IN VA!
When Kris medically retired, he found himself going through the motions. The Army Veteran, who saw combat in Iraq, sought treatment for PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and pain, but felt like he was just checking boxes. After a severe bout of COVID-19 in 2020, Kris adopted a Whole Health mindset. This life-changing decision helped him overcome COVID-19 and lose over 60 pounds, leading to a happier and healthier life as a husband and father of two.
