As we get older, our bodies don’t always tell us when we’re thirsty—especially during the colder months. Even when it’s chilly outside, staying hydrated is very important for overall health and comfort.

Drinking enough water can help with:
✔️ Joint stiffness and mobility
✔️ Energy and focus
✔️ Digestion
✔️ Dry skin and dry mouth

Heated indoor air and warm clothing can cause dehydration without us realizing it. A helpful tip is to sip water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Warm options like herbal tea, broth, or warm water with lemon count too!

💙 Taking small steps each day to stay hydrated can make a big difference in how you feel. Stay warm, stay well, and don't forget your water.
