It is with mixed emotions that I am informing all our friends and families that my wife Ruth and I have sold Sun Haven as of Friday, Feb. 18, 2022. I would like to thank all of you who have trusted us with your family members who lived here and have shared in our years of fun and laughter whether while visiting or by ways of our posts. This assisted living home is continuing to operate as Sun Haven II, with our staff member Dianne and her family taking ownership. We certainly wish her and her family the best and may this home continue to be filled with great cares, fun and much laughter. Sincerely, Harry

Happy Valentine's Day from Sun Haven!
Made some cards to remind loved ones how special they are to us, enjoyed lots for yummy Valentine goodies, and were blessed with another beautiful floral arrangement from our sweet neighbor across the road. Life is good! 😊

After the Storm...

Thank the Lord the big pine that came down just missed our home! Only a bent gutter! Several other trees were leaning on each other, so Dawley Brothers Tree Service came out and did a great job safely cleaning it all up. They also provided great entertainment for our members! 😊

We love bingo here at Sun Haven! Everyone looks forward to our weekly bingo game, mostly to win some chocolate! Two little boys added some extra smiles and fun this time around! ☺️

A visit to Maple Ridge Orchard

Well, we had quite a morning! After exploring Peaceful Valley Haven, we continued on to Maple Ridge Orchard for fresh apple cider donuts, huge Honeycrisp apples and other goodies. We checked out the gift shop, enjoyed the critter collection and had a little fun with the photo op. A beautiful fall day to be out and about!
