Hosting a paint and sip class with the motto “When in doubt, drink more wine” sounds like a delightful and entertaining way to spend a Friday night!

Your approach of combining creativity with relaxation allows participants to unwind and express themselves artistically. Providing delicious food and wine enhances the experience, making it not just a class but a memorable social gathering.

Playing your favorite music through my boombox adds an upbeat vibe, encouraging everyone to feel at ease and let their creative juices flow. Whether attendees are seasoned artists or complete beginners, your class promises an enjoyable evening of painting, sipping, and laughter.

Jim Labuzzetta is a local artist who specializes in making segmented bowls, made from a variety of woods. No stains. No Filters. Just natural wood, creativity, and precision.

Jim Labuzzetta is a woodworker specializing in designing and constructing unique wooden bowls and gorgeous solid wood, fine furniture. He received his BS in Engineering from Alfred University, SUNY College of Ceramics in 1985, followed by a MD from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo in 1990. Jim practiced Emergency Room medicine in Buffalo, New Yrok after his residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, and then in La Crosse, Wisconsin for a total of thirty years.

Jim has since retired and lives in the Northwoods with his wife, Carol, their dog, Molly, and cat, Callie. Jim and Carol have three adult sons, Charlie, Matt, and Ben with whom they visit as often as they can.

An avid wood worker for the last forty years, Jim is self-taught. He is always learning and attempting new designs, techniques, and projects.

His work has been previously shown and sold at Art Fair on the Green in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
