I wanted to share a quick update. At this time, I will no longer be accepting new clients. In order to continue showing up fully and providing the best care possible, I need to scale back a bit while managing an ongoing knee issue.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but my priority is making sure I can continue to care for my current clients in the way you all deserve.

I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you and your continued support—it truly means more than you know.

🤧 Sick Season Reminder 🦠

As we head into cold and flu season, I wanted to take a moment to talk about something important: staying home when you're sick — for your health and mine.

As your massage therapist, I’m here to help you feel your best. But did you know that getting a massage while you’re sick can actually make you feel worse?

Here’s why:
👉 Massage stimulates your lymphatic system, which can speed up the spread of infection and intensify symptoms like congestion, fatigue, and body aches.
👉 Your body needs rest and hydration to heal — not extra stimulation.
👉 Being in close contact in a massage room puts me and other clients at risk, especially since symptoms can linger or start subtly.

❤️ I totally get how frustrating it is to miss an appointment — but showing up sick can delay your healing and impact others. If you're feeling under the weather (fever, sore throat, heavy congestion, body chills, etc.), please reach out to reschedule. I’m always happy to find a better time for you when you’re feeling 100% again.

💙 Knee Update 💙

After weeks of trying to push through, I met with my surgeon and surgery is scheduled for September 12th for a suspected meniscus tear.

Until then, I will continue working — but to protect my knee and make sure I can still give you the best care, I kindly ask that we keep sessions to 60 minutes or less.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and support during this time. Taking care of my body means I can keep doing what I love for years to come. 🙏✨

‼️ Knee update ‼️

I found out via MRI that I’ve got some meniscus irritation and inflammation going on in my knee. My ortho has recommended I take it easy for the next 1–2 weeks to let it heal properly.

That means I’ll be adjusting or rescheduling some appointments during this time. I’ll be reaching out to each of you personally if this affects you — thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Hello !

I wanted to come on and share a few things that have been going on. Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago I injured my knee, and was evaluated by Ortho. I was given a knee injection to see if that would calm things down, unfortunately, here we are 2 weeks later and I am not doing much better. I have an appointment this afternoon to discuss next steps. Having said this, I want to assure my wonderful Clients I am doing everything in my power to continue working and providing the best care I can. Depending, on today's appointment I may be asking Clients to "adjust" their appointments to focused visits that are typically shorter in time. Please be patient and kind with me as I navigate this. Happy May everyone! We are getting closer to SUMMER!☀️

A few updates: My schedule is filling up fast! My first opening is not until JULY. I do get cancellations or reschedules from time to time, so be sure to check out my booking site.

Hi everyone!

Sickness is EVERYWHERE right now, and unfortunately, my household has been hit hard this year. Currently, I am fighting off bronchitis and a nasty sinus infection. I am on antibiotics, and hoping and praying I will be back at work on Thursday! Having said that, if I’m still not well, I will let those who are scheduled know, as I don’t want to pass anything along.

Also, if you are sick, please let me know so we can reschedule your apointment. I will do my best to schedule you before my first available, as that is in April.

I hope everyone stays well and as always let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
