Any LLCs, Partnerships, and S-Corporations are now subject to new federal registrations. Are you thinking of starting a new business or non-profit organization? This class will cover the new federal requirements that all new and existing state registration entities are subject to completing. Don't risk being fined $500 a day for not knowing!
