Dwan has spent nearly 20 years serving in hospice care on and off, and her passion for caring for others shines through in everything she does. She is thrilled to be back in the field and continuing the work she loves most—providing compassionate care and support to patients and families.

What a wonderful day at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care! We had the joy of hosting a relaxing spa day for the residents, filled with pampering, smiles, and plenty of care. 💙 It was such a blessing to spend time together and share in these special moments.

Amanda brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, and for the past 5+ years, she has dedicated her heart to hospice care. She is passionate about supporting both patients and care teams, and she loves connecting with the community through collaboration and education.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud wife and mom to a blended family of six kiddos (ages 11–27!). She’s a foodie at heart, enjoys crafting, and loves to travel whenever she gets the chance. ✈️🍴🎨
