This client came in with neck, shoulder, foot, and hip pain, but the discomfort was coming from bigger compensation patterns through the body. During her assessment I found a strong anterior tilt, a high left hip, and rotation through the torso with a rib cage tilt. When the body is pulled into patterns like this, the fascia starts creating tension in multiple areas.
Through fascia work, Winback TECAR therapy, red light therapy, and microcurrent, we worked to calm inflammation, improve circulation, and help restore balance through her structure. As the tissue begins to release and the body comes back into alignment, pain often decreases and movement starts to feel easier.

Sitting for long hours can really tighten up the hips. This client came in feeling stiff and restricted, which is something I see a lot with desk work.
When the hips stay in that shortened position all day, the deep front line can get tight and limit movement. That starts to pull on the pelvis and can lead to stiffness, inflammation, and discomfort.
Through fascia work, cupping, and scraping, we worked to open up the hips, improve circulation, and bring back range of motion. As the tissue starts to loosen and glide again, the body feels lighter and moves with a lot more ease.

Natural Alignment
This client came in with her shoulders rounding forward and a right tilt of the rib cage, which was pulling her fascia out of balance and affecting her overall alignment.
With Synergy Release Therapy, we worked through the fascia to release those patterns and help bring her body back into balance so she can move and feel better.
She left with more even shoulders, improved posture, and a more balanced back line.
