This immersive weekend is designed for practitioners who feel called to deepen their relationship with Reiki, step into mastery, and learn how to teach and attune others across all levels of Reiki.

Using the Medicine Wheel as our guide Sound Master Michael Enderle will guide you through a weekend of immersive training.

Sound medicine is not only about the instruments we play,it is about the space we learn to hold.
Michael Enderle will guide students into the deeper art of facilitating private, one-on-one sound sessions. Whether you are a past sound trainee or someone beginning to explore the path of sound facilitation, this offering is designed to help you cultivate the awareness, presence, and practical skills needed to create a truly personalized healing experience.

Together we will explore how to prepare and hold a safe, grounded container for individual sessions. Michael will share his years of experience working with tuning forks, singing bowls, and gongs, offering guidance on how to awaken the senses, listen deeply to the body’s responses, and allow sound to become a bridge for restoration and balance.

Through demonstration, discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to:
•Prepare themselves and the space for a private sound session
• Develop sensitivity to subtle energetic shifts in one-on-one work
• Work skillfully with tuning forks, singing bowls, and gongs in a private setting
• Ground and support clients before, during, and after a session
• Cultivate presence, intuition, and confidence as a sound practitioner
This training is an invitation to refine your craft and deepen your relationship with sound as medicine. By learning to listen more fully to the instruments, to the body, and to the field of the session you begin to move from simply playing sound to facilitating transformation through resonance.

Integrative breathing is a safe and natural process which utilizes conscious breathing patterns to induce healing - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, thus bringing the parts into a unified whole. What is Integrative Breathwork?

What Should I Expect?
• A 30-45 minute lecture about what integrative breath is and how it works
• A detailed Breath Analysis: your unique breathing pattern and what it means

A teacher of yoga since 2002, Mary has always been passionate about the breath. In 2011, she completed her training as a Transformational Breathworker, and now brings Integrative Breathwork into the other modalities that she works with. As a certified Thai Yoga Bodyworker and Reiki Master, Mary finds that breathwork is a divine compliment to all of these modalities. Her goal is to share knowledge and information about the recuperative powers of the breath in order to help others integrate this practice into their everyday lives in a way that brings more peace, joy and vitality

Sacred Rattle Making 2-day Workshop Day 1: April 18 @ 1PM – 3PM
Day 2: April 19 @ 1PM – 3PM Location: Saha Yoga & Wellness House

Join us for a transformative and creative experience as we explore the ancient practice of crafting your own sacred rattle. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of creating a unique rattle, a powerful tool used in spiritual practices for healing, meditation, and energy work.

You will be led through each step of making your rattle using natural materials, learning about the symbolism and energy each component holds. Whether you’re new to this craft or have experience, this workshop offers a deep connection to ancient traditions and the healing power of sound. This personalized rattle is an extension of yourself.

What to Expect:
· Day One we will start the workshop with a heart opening meditation to drop in and ground ourselves, aligning with our intention for our rattle creation.
· With guided support we will begin sewing the hide together.
· Then, we will fill the rattle with sand to keep its round form and allow it to dry overnight.
· Day 2 we will remove the sand and fill it with your choice of desired sound making options, which include but is not limited to corn, rocks, crystals, shells etc..
· We will then secure the handle and adorn the rattle with anything spiritually personalized to you. Feathers, furs, paint, shells, and beads are a few options provided to choose from.
· Ending the workshop we will have a Ceremonial Rattle circle, activating or newly crafted rattles!

📿The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are one of the foundational texts of classical yoga, and they remind us that yoga is much more than physical posture.

In Sutra 2.29, Patanjali describes the eight limbs of yoga, a path that includes ethics, self-discipline, posture, breath, inward awareness, concentration, meditation, and union.

In other words, yoga was never only about what the body can do.
It is also about how we live, how we relate, how we breathe, how we focus, and how we return to ourselves.

The physical practice matters deeply.
But asana is just one limb of a much larger system.

A system designed not only to strengthen the body, but to support a more conscious, integrated, and meaningful life.

This is the depth of yoga.
A practice that begins on the mat, and continues into the way we move through the world 🤍

There’s so much in wellness culture that equates intensity with effectiveness.

More sweat. More effort. More push. More extremes.

But yoga was never meant to be only about how far you can force yourself.

In yogic philosophy, tapas speaks to inner heat, the steady fire cultivated through practice, presence, breath, and devotion. Not a heat imposed from the outside, but one awakened from within.

That distinction matters.

We care about practices that help people come back into relationship with themselves, their breath, their pace, their actual needs, their own capacity.

Because transformation does not always arrive through intensity.
Sometimes it comes through consistency.

Throughout life we move through many versions of ourselves, the one that protects, the one that gives, the one that rests, the one that creates, the one that searches for clarity. Each one appears for a reason, and each one carries wisdom.

This workshop is an invitation to pause and explore the inner landscapes where these different versions live, approaching them with curiosity and compassion.

Through meditation, breath, gentle movement, sound, and individual mirror reflection, participants will be guided to observe themselves more clearly, explore what activates these inner expressions and how they influence our emotions and behaviors, learning how to relate to them with greater awareness and balance.

This experience offers a space for self-understanding, emotional clarity, and healing, helping you reconnect with yourself with greater presence, compassion, and inner harmony.

Pilates and Yoga studio in Old Town Tomball, Tx. Located at Elm St & Houston St. 104 Houston St. My journey in holistic medicine brought me to The Healing Gardens Health Center to work with Jacqueline Fields, M.D in 2003. I began working with her and through her mentoring along with my own education, I experienced many different modalities of alternative medicine and healing. As patients began their journeys towards health, I witnessed how the body was meant to heal. By finding your imbalances and supporting the body nutritionally, you can actually change your DNA and drastically change your health. Healing is more than over coming disease. Dis-ease is the physical manifestation of dis-ease of the body, mind and spirit. I learned these tools that are beneficial to healing and I began to offer what I have learned to others. Whether the focus is on physical health through nutrition, detoxification, listening to those physical signs and what your body is telling you, or discovering other ways to listen to your body, mind and spirit. When making life changes I can offer you support and guidance. Medicine and healing must seek beyond healing the symptoms. Teaching prevention and how to support the body allows for true resolution of dis-ease. Specialties: Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Muscle Testing, Whole Body Detoxification, Coaching and Creativity & Women’s groups and retreats.
