Take a look inside your medicine cabinet and make a difference! If you have medications you no longer need, haven't used, or that have expired, bring them to the Tompkinsville Police Department or the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Monroe County's permanent medication disposal sites. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a time to honor all of the parents and parents-to-be who have experienced loss on their journey to grow their families.
Miscarriage, stillbirth, and other conditions can cause a pregnancy to end before or during birth. Infant death can be caused by preterm birth, birth defects, and other health conditions. March of Dimes honors those who’ve experienced loss, and provides resources for families facing unthinkable challenges and struggling with grief to find hope, answers, and a sense of community.
Together, we can hold space for grief, honor every baby, and remind families they are never alone.
