Walk Through of A Distant Reiki Healing session today 🌟 Distant Reiki is a unique approach to energy healing, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all beings and the power of intention in promoting healing and well-being. Madam Takata explained it best when she described Reiki as being similar to radio waves. We cannot see them but we know they are everywhere around us. When we turn on a radio and tune into the radio waves we can pick up a signal. That signal is turned into a radio program. Similarly the universal life force is everywhere, although we cannot see.

When we are tuned into the energy by a Reiki Master we are able to harness Reiki to heal ourselves and others. This gift of healing remains with us for the rest of our lives. 🙏🤍 I always recommend an in person session but it’s so beautiful to know that I can still send this divine frequency to you no matter the distance. 🤩 Reach out for my calendar and direct booking link! The Chinese Lunar New Year begins February 17 and we are inching our way out of hibernation and into the year of the "Fire Horse."
In Eastern culture, the horse represents action, freedom, speed and breakthrough. It reflects a stage of life that moves boldly forward without the fear of obstacles, placing emphasis on being in motion rather than standing still.
The first Fire Horse for 60 years (the length of the Zodiac cycle), it may feel like a restless, dynamic time—with the possibility for conflict. The current Zodiac year (which runs January 29, 2025 to February 16, 2026) is the Year of the Wood Snake, which represents the shedding of old stories and habits, recalibrating what works for you and honoring internal intelligence. With the arrival of the Year of the Fire Horse, that clarity demands an external home with decisive, consistent action.

Things to do more of in the Year of the Horse

Regular movement and exercise that you can consistently maintain over time
Practicing nervous system regulation through breathwork, meditation, journaling, or time spent outdoors.
Creating clear boundaries around when and how you rest, remembering that it’s essential, not optional.

Things to do less of in the Year of the Horse

Over-scheduling. Leave space for action and spontaneity.
Ignoring fatigue and signs of exhaustion.
Confusing busyness with productivity.

The universe is saying "It's Time." Time for you to fully shed and let go of what no longer serves you; release the weight of the past. We are being called into action, into freedom, into our truth. With every breath, I plant the seeds of devotion, I am a farmer of the heart. - Rumi 💞 I’m back… healing, evolving, adapting and allowing my heart to open. I have never learned these deep soul lessons through comfort, I’ve always learned as some would say; “the hard way.” 🤷‍♀️🧐 Yet what I’ve recently realized is that it has always been through these difficult moments that I connect to my heart space and develop real compassion. I believe this has been such a key component to developing my gifts and has allowed me to connect to my souls purpose. “Servjce to others is service to self.” I can only be of service to others if I can truly understand what they are feeling and going through. ♾️ So, even in pain I am giving great thanks for the opportunity to learn and grow through this season of healing. ❤️‍🩹 Give Thanks, Give Thanks, Give Thanks. 🙏

My new mantra is that I no longer wish to learn through struggle. I am asking the universe to deliver me messages and guidance through Joy, ease, grace and comfort. 🙏 This foot break is asking me to slow down so I am taking a few days off to rest. 😴 I will continue to take Reiki appointments but will hold off on massage appointments until my next x ray on the 30th. The universal life force energy of Reiki will only help my healing process and I should be ready to massage again on the 31st! 🫶 I appreciate all of your continued prayers for my expedited healing and look forward to sharing the light of Reiki with you this month 🌟🤍 Message me to book your one on one session of self love 💗 ❤️

There is something extraordinary about standing at the threshold of a completely new cycle. It is the moment when everything that came before begins to release its grip on you, and the horizon stretches out wide and open, full of possibility. That is exactly where we find ourselves as we step into 2026.

In numerology, 2026 reduces to a Universal 1 Year. When you add the digits together (2+0+2+6), you get 10, and 1+0 brings you back to 1. This is significant. The number 1 represents new beginnings, fresh starts, and the spark of creation. It is the seed planted in fertile soil. It is the first breath of a chapter that has never been written before.

But here is what makes a 1 Year so potent: we are emerging from a 9 Year. 2025 carried the energy of completion, release, and closure. The 9 Year is always about endings. It asks us to let go of what no longer serves us, to grieve what needs grieving, to release relationships, patterns, beliefs, and identities that have run their course. If you felt like 2025 was heavy, if you experienced significant endings or felt called to clear out the old, that was not by accident. That was the natural rhythm of the 9 energy doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Now, as we cross into 2026, we move from the ending point of a complete nine year cycle into the very beginning of a brand new one. This is not just any new year. This is the start of a journey that will unfold over the next nine years of your life. What you plant now, what you initiate, what you commit to in this 1 Year will set the tone and direction for everything that follows. The seeds you plant in 2026 will bloom, grow, and eventually reach fruition by the time you arrive at your next 9 Year in 2034.

This is powerful. This is an invitation to be incredibly intentional about what you want to create, what you wish to receive and what you intend this new cycle to represent.

As I look back at the incredible journey of when we last parted ways; the past 2 years have been so bittersweet. Being gifted the absolute blessing of motherhood while also facing such great loss. Even amidst my grief I still have found such deep gratitude and I knew my path would once again lead me back to Lenz Of Love. This practice is my soul's mission and I am honored to share each and every session with all of you. It truly fills my heart with such joy to bring even a glimpse of light into your lives; My beautiful clients/ friends. I am so grateful.

My focus for the next year and this next cycle is to deepen my connection to God, Source, the all that is. To strengthen and grow my skill set. To learn how to trust more and to soften into my feminine spirit. I intend to practice more self love so that I can properly hold space for all of you and for this divine practice. I hope to see all of you soon and to share moments in the light.

Lenz Of Love is officially opening her doors tomorrow! It will be another rebirthday for me and for my mission as a lightworker. ✨ The past two years have been a truly wild ride. Stepping through the portal of motherhood, a portal that forever changes you, your dna, a complete and utter rewiring of your entire form. 🧬 A portal that expands your heart space; your intuition, your gut. Filling you with more courage and wisdom; with a love that is beyond measure. 🤍 This incredible portal sadly coincided with an extraordinary journey through grief. A loss my expanded heart was in no way prepared for. A loss I am still trying to comprehend. ❤️‍🩹 As I move through all these polarities of existence I remain connected to source, to God, to the infinite creator. This divine truth; through it all has reminded me of my true purpose and even through the darkness I knew I would get back to Lenz of Love and her mission. 🙏 I feel so thankful & blessed for this journey and for finally getting to this point of light 🌟 Thank you to everyone who has booked with me again and has kept in touch. I’m so grateful for you and so excited to start sharing this new heart space with all of you. 🫶 Thank You God. Thank you Yeshua. Thank you to my supportive husband. Thank you to my beautiful son.
