Spring brings fresh energy and new beginnings. Join Susan on Sunday as she guides you through a YOGA & TAPPING specialty class.
We’ll begin with gentle, all-levels yoga, followed by an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping; a research-supported practice to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
You’ll learn what tapping is, why it works, and practical ways to use it in daily life. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and equipped with simple tools to support your well-being well beyond the season.
Susan is a 500hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Certified EFT Practitioner. She enjoys blending movement, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to create an integrative experience that supports both emotional and physical well-being.
