🪴Over time, toxins, excess estrogen, and inflammation can build up in a woman’s body, affecting reproductive health and hormone balance. This blend of fruits, vegetables, and herbs helps clean out the body naturally, supporting the liver, blood, and womb. Remember, God placed these healing plants in the earth for our restoration.

🌿 Female Organ Cleansing Detox Juice

📝 Ingredients (1–2 servings organic fruits and vegetables):

🍠 1 medium beetroot (supports blood flow, cleanses liver & uterus)
🥕 2 medium carrots (rich in beta-carotene for hormone balance)
🍍 1 cup pineapple (bromelain for reducing inflammation & fibroid symptoms)
🌱 1 cup fresh parsley (uterine cleanser, mild diuretic)
🥒 1 medium cucumber (hydrating & detoxifying)
🫚 1-inch piece fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory, improves circulation)
🍋 ½ lemon (vitamin C & liver support)
💧 1–2 cups filtered water or coconut water

Instructions:

1️⃣ Wash all produce thoroughly.
2️⃣ Peel beet and carrots if not organic.
3️⃣ Add everything to a juicer. If using a blender, blend well and strain with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
4️⃣ Drink immediately for maximum nutrient benefit.
